  • Colour : Upperside emerald-green with red and black spots on the hindwing.
  • Habit : Found in heavily forested areas. They visit rotting fruits and damp patches, generally bask on tree-tops, sometimes descending to the ground. Photographed at Panchet hill, Purulia.
  • Larval Host Plants : Dendrophthoe falcata, Scurrula parasitis
